FAQ
What time can sellers arrive?
Seller entry begins from 8:00am.
Cars and vans with booked pitches will receive first entry and first pitch selection.
What time do sellers need to leave?
All sellers must pack down and leave the site by 4:00pm unless agreed otherwise by organisers.
Can I queue outside the school before 8am?
No. Please do not queue outside the school or block nearby roads. If you arrive early, staff will direct you where to wait.
What can I sell?
All items must be preloved, vintage, second-hand, handmade, or sustainable.
What items are not allowed?
Counterfeit/fake goods
Power tools
Weapons or dangerous items
Alcohol
Illegal items
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
Do I need to take everything home?
Yes. You must take all rubbish, rails, stock, and unsold items with you at the end of the day.
Any items left behind will result in:
a clean-up fee charged to your card
a ban from future markets
What time is the market open?
The market is open to the public from 9:00am – 4:00pm.
How much is entry for visitors?
Entry for visitors is £2 from 9:00am.
Can I choose my pitch?
Pitches are allocated on arrival. Early arrivals with booked car/van pitches will have first selection.
Can two people share a pitch?
Yes, but walk-in pitches are limited to a maximum of 2 people.
Is parking included?
Parking is only included for booked car and van pitches.
What happens if it rains?
The market will still go ahead unless weather conditions are unsafe. Please come prepared for outdoor trading.
Can I get a refund?
Pitch fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by organisers.
